Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Plannly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies to the license, and these terms apply to the rest.
2. The app
Plannly is a day planner. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping backups. Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your iCloud.
Reminders depend on your device settings, battery modes and system behavior, so they may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on the app for critical tasks such as medication, safety or legal deadlines.
3. Plannly Pro
Plannly Pro unlocks extra features. Prices in US dollars:
- Yearly: $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Monthly: $2.99 per month, no free trial.
- Lifetime: $39.99, a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Prices in other countries and currencies are shown in the app before you buy and may vary.
Yearly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the price of that plan. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering except where the law allows, no attempts to bypass purchases, no unlawful use.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design and content belong to the publisher and are licensed, not sold. Your tasks and notes remain yours.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
